Professional photographer and videographer specializing in photography, professional color grading, video production, and post-production.
Experienced in creating high-quality visual content for commercial projects, hospitality, tourism, real estate, and luxury properties.
As a drone pilot, I provide professional aerial photography and cinematic video production, capturing hotels, resorts, villas, construction projects, and large luxury properties from unique perspectives.
I also specialize in real estate and hospitality property visualization in Zanzibar, including hotels, resorts, villas, restaurants, boutique hotels, and properties listed on platforms such as Booking.com.
Using a Matterport Pro2 3D camera, I create professional 3D virtual tours and 360° property scans, allowing potential guests, buyers, and investors to explore a property remotely through an immersive and interactive digital experience.
From photography and aerial footage to 3D property scanning, color grading, editing, and final delivery, I handle the complete visual production process with a strong focus on quality, composition, and professional presentation.
SC 08TK 1Before we roll
Good to know before we shoot.
01How do I book a shoot?
A 30% deposit confirms your booking. Final pricing, schedules and deliverables are confirmed in writing before production.
02When will I receive my photos and videos?
Photography is usually delivered in 5–10 business days and video in 10–14 business days, through a private digital download link. Express photo delivery within 48 hours is available for $100, and express video delivery for +30%.
03Can you fly a drone anywhere in Zanzibar?
Drone operations are subject to permits, approvals and weather. We confirm what is possible for your location before the shoot.
04Are raw files included?
Raw files, additional filming days and third-party production expenses are not included unless specified in your package.
05Why does a Matterport tour need hosting?
Your Digital Twin is an online interactive experience, not a downloadable video. Hosting keeps it online, shareable and embedded on your website. The first 3 months are included, then $15/month or $150/year per active property. You are not paying to scan the property again.
06What are Mattertags?
Interactive information points placed inside the Digital Twin. A guest can click a room feature and see the room type, bed type, restaurant or spa information, booking details and property features. From $150.
07Do you travel outside Stone Town?
Yes. We work across Zanzibar; additional travel is quoted separately when applicable.
